125kHz Low Frequency Wake-Up Receiver UM2020 is a high-performance3 channels ASK receiver chip with ultra-low power consumption, which can detect the data of LF carrier frequency in the range of 30khz~300khz and trigger the wake-up signal. The three independent channels inside can be configured into different wake-up modes. Each channel has RSSI detection function, the digitized RSSI value can be read through SPI or I2C interface. The chip is used in PKE products, active-RFID and other fields.
